Michael Bascombe is an unusual veterinarian. He's a psychic vet who talks to horses (without speaking);
what's more remarkable is that they talk to him, without
moving their lips!The laconic country Aussie vet gave up a large lucrative Perth vet clinic, the fast cars, houses and yachts to rekindle his passion. He found it in unlikely circumstances, via Sioux Native American Indians, amongst tribes in Papua New Guinea and travels around Australia until he met a horse who spoke to him. The horse said, "You can see me; you're the first human whose taken the time and trouble to actually see me." Michael wasn't especially interested in horses, but that conversation was the turning point. "Now I have a special affinity with horses, but I can communicate with most animals." Wherever the animal is feeling pain, Michael will feel it in his body too. He uses holistic remedies for the animals, but often it's the owner of the animal who is the real problem. "The animal will tell me what the problem is and we help them fix it." With a success rate of 85% Michael is in demand for his gentle approach to healing. He says he has a direct link to a greater power and that he's just the catalyst. Michael also believes humans are the real problem. "We are so dictated by our ego's. The secret is to find our inner guide or 'pilot', rather than a self serving ego which leads us astray. If you can find that inner pilot, magical things will happen." "It took me nearly 50 years and now life has never been better." The media followed up on Michael Bascombe's unusual but successful ways.
